For over 33 years, Middle Creek Builders has specialized in custom home building and quality home renovations! Our goal is to build truly unique homes that far exceed the homeowner's expectations!
Middle Creek Builders is a family-owned and operated business, started in 1974 by Walter Bollinger Jr. From the beginning, Walter focused on quality custom home construction, tailoring his business to the unique needs of his customers. Not surprisingly, his hands-on approach and dedication to quality soon earned him a solid reputation in the industry.
In 1990, Middle Creek Builders incorporated and Walter's son Darryl joined the business. Together, the pair continued the tradition of providing quality hands-on service to their customers and added custom renovations to their growing list of services.
Today, over 80% of Middle Creek Builders' business comes from referrals - satisfied customers who have recommended their services to family and friends. With over 33 years of experience and a list of quality sub-contractors, Middle Creek Builders continues to help homeowners re-invent their homes and build their dreams!
Meet Middle Creek Builder Staff:
Walter Bollinger Jr.
Walter Bollinger Jr., President and co-owner of Middle Creek Builders, has been building quality homes for over 37 years.
He started Middle Creek Builders in 1974 with a focus on quality home construction and has continued growing the family-owned business with the help of his sons Duane and Darryl.
Walter also has 2 other children Kevin and Kylene. He and his wife Betty have been married for 42 years and have 9 grandchildren.
An ordained pastor for over 22 years, Walter is also a member of the Lititz Area Mennonite School Board of Trustees and started and served as the pastor for the Dove Christian Fellowship "Church Street Celebration" in Ephrata for the last 9 years.
Currently, Walter is a member and elder of the Newport Dove Christian Fellowship in Elm, PA.
Walter has also served in the mission field to Korea, Brazil, Grenada, Hattie, Mexico and Philadelphia, PA.
In his spare time, Walter enjoys 4-wheeling, hunting, traveling and spending time outdoors.
Darryl H. Bollinger
Darryl, secretary and co-owner of Middle Creek Builders has been building homes for over 24 years. In 1990, Darryl joined forces with his father and has been actively helping to grow the business ever since.
Darryl lives in Lititz, PA with his wife Tammy and 4 children Megan, Dalton, Lauren and Brynn.
A member of the Middle Creek Church of Brethren, he has also been a member of the Middle Creek Church Board of Trustees for over 12 years and a 4th grade Bible school teacher for 7 years.
Darryl is also the Head Coach of the 16U PA Shooting Stars Girls Fastpitch Softball Team of Lititz, PA and has served as member and co-owner of the Porcupine Hunting Lodge for over 17 years.
While home building, church activities and his coaching duties keep Darryl very busy, he does manage to get away from it all once in a while. During his down time, Darryl enjoys hunting, fishing, the outdoors and travelling.
Duane Bollinger
Duane, Job Supervisor for Middle Creek Builders, has worked for his father's company for over 13 years building quality homes and working on extensive renovation projects.
Duane lives in Ephrata with his wife Jennifer, daughter Aubrie and son Carter. Duane attends Hinkletown Mennonite Church.
When he's not working out the details of their latest home building project, Duane enjoys woodworking, hunting, and watching and playing football and basketball.
